The Director oversees recruitment operations, the Watermark CRM, enrollment events, Student Activities, SGA, and New Student Orientation. You will collaborate with campus departments and community partners to support enrollment goals and enhance the student

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of progressive experience in higher education, student recruitment, enrollment services, student affairs, or related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals.
• Oversee recruitment outreach, campus visits, and recruitment events.
• Build relationships with high schools, districts, and community partners.
• Lead dual credit and adult learner recruitment campaigns and enrollment growth.
• Oversee Watermark CRM and recruitment communications plans.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Records, Advising, and Financial Aid to streamline enrollment.
