Job summary

Temple College is hiring a Director of Enrollment Advising Operations to oversee all facets of enrollment services. The role reports to the Associate Vice President, Student Services and Enrollment Management, coordinating staff, planning, and development of student enrollment programs.

The incumbent will manage caseloads, supervise advisors, and ensure smooth admissions, financial aid, and counseling processes while upholding confidentiality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree with 1 year of related full-time work experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of related full-time work experience.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague and Recruit software is preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Enrollment Advisor caseloads for prospective and current students.
• Advise students on admissions, financial aid, counseling, scheduling, and transfer planning.
• Enter and maintain student forms in Colleague with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Directors of Admissions, Financial Aid, and Disability Services on student issues.
• Lead planning, policy development, and overall management of enrollment advising operations.
