Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, CS, or related field; 10+ years leading Project Engineering teams.
• Experience leading large teams and portfolio with significant revenue responsibility.
• Strong automation, controls architectures, and systems integration knowledge.
• Familiar with contracts, procurement (RFP/RQ), Subcontractor management, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Mechanical and Electrical/Controls Engineers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from kickoff to launch.
• Own financial performance across the engineering portfolio, including forecasting and profitability.
• Coordinate across software, controls, electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities with sales and lifecycle services.
