Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) is required.
• 7–10 years of experience in chemical processing or facility support is required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy for Phasex Boston manufacturing facility.
• Oversee capital projects across production, maintenance, quality, facilities, and expansion.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Manage external engineering resources and contractors; align with site leadership.
