Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10 years’ experience in a heavy-duty commercial vehicle, special purpose vehicle, or mobile equipment industry in a low volume, high mix environment.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to deliver technical products to the market.
• Formal LEAN training and experience desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including delivering business presentations to internal stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization by modeling integrity and following ethical principles in all business relationships.
• Drives new product development and product improvement to grow market growth and improve customer experience.
• Develop engineering systems for efficient design processes, data management, and defined procedures for product structure and documentation.
• Train and develop technical team members and build overall technical team capability.
• Manage manufacturing engineering to improve cost, quality, and delivery of products and improvements in processes.
• Develop and implement new product strategies with a culture of product innovation.
• Ensure adherence to current and upcoming regulatory compliance requirements.
