Job summary

TSC’s Product Solutions Division is seeking a System Technical Lead in Huntsville, AL, focused on RF sensors, radar, and antenna design for DoD/DoW programs. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across systems, hardware, software, and firmware to deliver complete solutions from concept through production.

The role requires a strong RF design background, DoD program experience, and the ability to coordinate with product teams and leadership to position TSC as a preferred partner for RF-based

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with ≥12 years RF-based design experience.
• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with ≥8 years DoD/DoW industry experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Willing to obtain SECRET DoD clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements.
• Track new and upcoming technologies for better performance or lower cost RF solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations and white papers for hardware development activities.
• Support hardware demonstrations and technical briefs with internal teams.
• Provide technical oversight of proposals, programs and product lines.
• Lead IRAD developments of new technology.
• Develop system test documentation aligned to production verification.
• Lead multi-discipline teams across systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware to build complete solutions.
