Qualifications
- 15 years of functional experience in product management and/or technology.
- Hands-on software engineering experience with APIs and consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and microservices architectures.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive engineering excellence.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Management, UX, and Platform teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide Engineering leadership and partnerships across Product Management, Engineering and Human-Centric Design teams.
- Oversee backlog creation and execution with product partners.
- Collaborate with architecture and Platform Engineering to align technical direction.
- Ensure scalable, reusable, and highly available solutions.
- Lead engineering delivery, people management, and engineering standards.
- Advance Diversity and Inclusion through inclusive hiring and mentoring.
