You will drive the frontend strategy enabling product teams to deliver scalable digital experiences, partnering with UX, architects, and development teams.

As a senior leader, you will define technical direction, ensure code quality, and deliver integrated roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years directly managing fast-paced frontend teams.
• Ownership of component libraries, monorepos, and tooling.
• Strong UI and experience architecture background.
• Experience leading engineering talent and setting direction.
• Experience developing technical leads and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend engineers, UX developers and designers across WI Digital.
• Shape modern frontend strategy and identify areas for improvement.
• Advance and enhance our enterprise accessibility tool suite.
