Qualifications

• 15 years of functional experience in product management and/or technology.
• Hands-on software engineering experience with APIs and consumer-facing apps.
• Experience in cloud-based infrastructure design using AWS/Azure and various patterns.
• Experience delivering secure, scalable consumer-facing mobile apps.
• Experience with DevOps metrics and driving engineering excellence.
• Ability to partner with Product and Business teams to translate strategy into actionable priorities.
• Track record of inspiring creativity, inclusion, experimentation, and learning.
• Ability to collaborate across business units and leadership to align objectives and standards.
• Ability to attract, hire and build diverse, engaged engineering teams.
• Ability to influence all levels of the organization and foster a fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and partnerships across Product, Engineering and Human-Centric Design teams.
• Provide technical and functional oversight with product management to build the best products and experiences.
• Collaborate with product partners to create and execute the teams backlog.
• Set technical direction with architecture and Platform Engineering teams.
• Ensure engineered solutions address scale, reuse, and high availability.
• Improve engineering and operations practices to increase efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in technology.
