Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management and/or technology with agile, analytical, and coaching skills.
• Hands-on software engineering experience including API development and customer facing apps.
• Experience in cloud-based architecture (AWS/Azure) using distributed, serverless, microservices patterns.
• Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient consumer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership and partnerships across Product, Engineering and Design teams.
• Oversee technical direction and ensure alignment with Fidelity's technology strategy.
• Attract, hire and build top engineering talent while promoting inclusive hiring and growth.
• Create roadmaps and manage team backlog in collaboration with product partners.
