Qualifications

• Minimum BA/BS degree required.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams of managers and developers.
• Strong background in scalable cloud architectures and modern software practices.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering organization building AI Patient Engagement Agent.
• Own the engineering roadmap and translate complex protocols into AI workflows.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance for real-time voice and messaging systems.
• Mentor Engineering Managers and Tech Leads, fostering team growth and health.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, and Leadership to deliver high-impact software.
