Broccoli is seeking a Head of Engineering to build and lead a high-performing team that ships ambitious product and infra with speed, quality, and accountability. You’ll partner with the CTO on strategy, architecture, and roadmap, and align engineering execution with company goals.

You’ll bring 8+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years of leadership over 15–40-person teams, with a track record of scaling an engineering organization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading 15–40 person engineering teams.
• Experience building and scaling an engineering org.
• Strong people leadership, hiring, and retention.
• Clear and concise communication; decision-making in ambiguity.
• Bonus: Head of engineering experience at Series A - Series C startup.

Responsabilidades

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization delivering product and infra work with speed, quality, and accountability.
• Partner with the CTO on technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap prioritization.
• Partner with the CEO & CTO to communicate company vision and strategy.
• Own engineering execution and deadlines.
• Cultivate a culture where high performers are energized, owned, and rewarded for impact.
• Own engineering recruiting end-to-end with the CTO and People team.
• Work in the office 5 days a week.
