Qualifications

• Prior experience in a founder's office and chief-of-staff-adjacent role at a high-growth startup
• Strategy consulting experience before moving into an operating role
• Past founder experience
• Comfort picking up new internal tools quickly (Ashby, Slack, and Google Workspace)

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Special Projects: Drive strategic projects end to end, framing problems and ensuring execution.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Lead initiatives across engineering, GTM, finance, and people; coordinate with CTO/COO.
• Operating Cadence: Own leadership rhythms, planning sessions, leadership meetings, and all-hands prep.
• Board and Executive Support: Prepare materials for boards/investors and synthesize input for the CEO.
