Job summary

AIG seeks a Director for GLCR Technology, Data Analytics & Automation to design and deliver technology-enabled solutions across global legal, compliance and regulatory services. You will lead a multi-timezone team, drive automation, and partner with legal, risk and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable systems.

You will own the GLCR Technology Roadmap, manage projects end-to-end, monitor budgets, and advance AI-enabled processes while maintaining governance and high standards

Qualifications

10+ years of technology, operations, and analytics experience.
Insurance industry or legal, compliance, and regulatory knowledge preferred.
Proven track record delivering automation projects.
Strong leadership and budget/forecasting skills.
Experience in SDLC, design, testing, UAT, and production rollout.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing team delivering technology and process innovations in legal, compliance, and regulatory space.
Partner with legal, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
Translate requirements into system specs, user stories, and process flows for tech teams.
Act as SME for legal/compliance systems, workflows, and data with governance alignment.
Oversee SDLC activities from design to production rollout with cross-functional partners.
Identify inefficiencies and drive automation improvements to boost efficiency.
