TransUnion is seeking a Senior Manager, GRC Strategy & AI to lead strategic governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the Global Cyber GRC organization. You will translate executive priorities into actionable plans, develop multi-year roadmaps, and deliver executive dashboards for the CISO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, compliance, governance, controls, or a related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives through strategic planning, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP, Global Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance.
• Develop multi-year strategies, operating plans, and roadmaps for Global Cyber GRC.
• Lead development of KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and governance reporting for executives.
• Create board-ready materials translating cybersecurity and risk data into business insights.
• Oversee a small team responsible for GRC reporting and executive communications.
• Modernize and automate Cyber GRC processes using AI and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve risk reporting and performance.
• Oversee budget planning, workforce planning, and financial tracking for GRC.
