UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring a Director of HR Employee Experience to lead onboarding, HR Tier I support, and leave administration. The role shapes the Employee Experience function in collaboration with HR leadership and campus partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous process improvement.

You will oversee a front-facing HR operations team, drive strategic initiatives for onboarding and service delivery, and partner with Payroll, Benefits, and Legal to maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 6+ years in progressively responsible HR operations with leadership experience.
• Experience with front-facing HR operations and HR services delivery widely preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide vision and leadership for onboarding, HR Tier I support, and HRSC operations.
• Lead HR Tier I Support to ensure high-level customer service and SLA adherence.
• Oversee Leave Administration and ensure regulatory compliance and efficient processing.
• Design policies for HR Service Center operations and ensure staffed, responsive on-site support.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing HR team delivering exceptional employee service.
• Foster collaboration with HR leadership and campus leaders to shape employee experience.
