Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking an experienced Director, HR Business Support to lead strategic HR services across the business verticals. You will partner with executive leadership to drive workforce initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure delivery of HR programs including talent acquisition, performance management, and total rewards.

This on-site role requires a strong healthcare HR background and a track record of building high-performing teams in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10 years HR generalist experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience working with executive/senior leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Provide HR support and advice to assigned business vertical on HR issues.
• Translate business goals into actionable HR objectives for the business strategy.
• Ensure consistent application of HR programs and policies across the vertical.
• Act as partner, coach and consultant to leaders and employees on organizational matters.
• Lead HR programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, engagement and succession.
