Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR with frontline operations and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, from offer through orientation, and ensure efficient processes.
• Provide HR Tier I support leadership across HR areas and monitor SLAs.
• Oversee Leave Administration, ensuring compliance with federal/state policies.
• Design and run HR Service Center operations to support employees.
• Develop and coach a high-performing HR team and collaborate with campus leaders.
• Foster data-driven HR improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
