Job summary

Comcast is seeking a senior Employee Relations leader to guide policy development and ensure compliance with employment laws. You will partner with senior leadership to enhance engagement and satisfaction, driving a positive workplace culture across the organization.

Responsibilities include updating HR policies, overseeing investigations, developing ER strategies, and educating staff on grievance processes, while modeling compliant behavior and championing inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee update and refinement of HR policies per legislation and internal changes.
• Lead internal investigations into discrimination, harassment, and disputes with fair resolution.
• Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies and programs aligned to objectives.
• Design training materials to educate staff on workplace expectations and grievance processes.
• Model and enforce a respectful work environment by applying HR policies consistently.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA and Title VII through investigations.
• Conduct sensitive counseling on EEO, ADA, performance issues, and terminations.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as focus groups and surveys.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate feedback into action plans.
