Responsabilités

• Overseeing update and refinement of HR policies in line with legislation and changes.
• Leading internal investigations into discrimination, harassment, and disputes, ensuring fair resolution.
• Developing and implementing Employee Relations strategies and programs to support objectives.
• Designing training materials to educate staff on workplace expectations and grievance processes.
• Modeling respectful behavior and applying HR policies consistently.
• Ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and Title VII through investigations and resolutions.
• Facilitating counseling sessions on EEO, ADA, performance issues, and terminations.
• Conducting employee engagement initiatives like focus groups and surveys.
• Collaborating with leadership to act on feedback and improve workplace relations.
