Comcast in Florida seeks an experienced Employee Relations leader to guide policy development and ensure legal compliance across the organization. This role partners with senior leadership to foster a positive workplace and address complex employee issues.

You will oversee policy updates, investigations into discrimination and harassment, and the design of training materials to educate staff on grievance processes, while driving engagement and adherence to FMLA, ADA, FLSA and Title VII.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience in policy development and investigations.
• Strong communication and training material design skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee/update HR policies in line with legislation and internal changes.
• Lead internal investigations into discrimination, harassment, and disputes.
• Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design training and communications on workplace expectations and grievance processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII.
• Support employee engagement initiatives like focus groups and surveys.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to act on feedback and improve relations.
• Exercise independent judgment on matters of significance.
• Maintain attendance and accommodate nights/weekends as needed.
