Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time or equivalent experience in human services or related field.
• Experience supervising or managing staff and programs.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret program data and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit compliance with federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Direct hiring, supervision, and development of staff across multiple roles.
• Develop and monitor plans of correction and ensure timely implementation.
• Coordinate admissions, transitions, and clinical/administrative communications.
• Supervise daily operations and liaison with facilities, housekeeping, and purchasing.
• Ensure Title XIX active treatment standards are met and support community transition.
