Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of Title XIX regulations and program requirements.
• Experience supervising within a unionized workforce.
• Experience managing staffing, budget and personnel in a Day Habilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of management principles and supervision techniques.
• Ability to analyze program data and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Day Program at NSE and ensure compliance with Title XIX regulations within budget.
• Develop, manage and monitor support systems for individuals and staff.
• Collaborate with psychology, recreation, speech, OT and PT disciplines to ensure integrated care.
• Lead hiring, labor relations, overtime management and staff development within a unionized workforce.
