Qualifications
- Extensive experience in embedded software and controls engineering.
- Leadership of engineering teams and programs.
- Experience developing software for complex electromechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term strategy for embedded controls and software solutions.
- Lead global teams of Embedded Software Engineers and Software Engineers.
- Establish software architecture standards and governance.
- Drive development, integration and validation of embedded software and controls.
- Collaborate with product, systems, validation, manufacturing and service teams.
- Develop technology roadmaps and ensure safety, quality, and cybersecurity compliance.
