Job summary

TD Securities seeks a Partnership Manager to advance innovation across Global Transaction Banking. You will focus on embedded banking experiences delivered through TMS, ERP platforms, and other corporate workflows for large clients.

You will identify, evaluate, structure, launch, and manage partnerships with TMS/ERP providers, fintechs, data/connectivity platforms, and AI solution providers to accelerate time-to-market and create new revenue streams.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years in transaction banking, product management, or related roles.
• Experience developing or commercializing transaction banking capabilities for large corporates.
• Hands-on knowledge of corporate treasury workflows and TMS/ERP platforms.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and govern third-party partnerships.
• Strong commercial acumen including revenue modeling and pricing.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, tech, risk, legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the innovation pipeline for transaction banking products from ideation to commercialization.
• Partner with product teams, sales, clients, and partners to design practical solutions for large corporates.
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and commercialization plans for new capabilities.
• Create solutions that combine bank capabilities with third-party tech to generate revenue.
• Lead ecosystem roadmaps and partner demonstrations with client validation.
