Job summary

Alpha School is hiring for a Director of Member Relations to own one campus' admissions end-to-end—from first inquiry to decision day. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct campus tours, shadow days, and open houses, and deliver decisions in person.

This on-site, full-time role requires a strong track record in high-value client engagement and relocation within 60 days to one of our markets. Compensation is $200,000 USD per year, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients ($25k+ per client or $2,000+/month).
• Owned an enrollment or admission journey from first inquiry to commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Able to tell a prospective client not to buy when not a good fit.
• Has used AI tools in client-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Form and deliver admit or decline decisions to families.
• Keep HubSpot/SIS updated and summarize pipeline health for leadership.
