Liberty is seeking a Director of OHSE to provide strategic leadership for occupational health, safety, and environmental performance across North America. You will drive a strong safety culture, engage regional leadership, and mentor a team of EHS professionals to align with operations and risk management.

The role emphasizes implementing the EHS management system, overseeing hazard identification, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement using data analytics and modern technologies

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years senior management experience in EHS in North America.
• Relevant experience in environmental compliance in power/regulated utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Liberty's OHSE program across assigned region.
• Drive OSHA and other regulatory compliance across locations.
• Develop and mentor EHS professionals and align with regional leadership.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Advance data-driven safety initiatives using analytics and digital tools.
