Liberty is seeking a Director of OHSE to provide strategic leadership over safety, health, and environmental performance across a designated region. You will drive a strong safety culture, engage regional leadership, and mentor a team of EHS professionals to align with operations, risk management, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, regulatory compliance, and innovative safety practices across North America.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 10–15 years senior management experience in OHSE.
• Solid understanding of OH&S laws and regulations in North America.
• Extensive travel required across US/Canada.
• Experience with remote management and supervision.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation of Liberty's 5yr Strategic EHS Plan within the assigned Region.
• Oversee EHS policies, procedures and regional collaboration with Operations, Engineering and others.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and improve safety performance metrics.
• Manage EHS systems training and technical support.
• Coordinate incident investigations and prevention strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals; align with regional operations.
