Liberty is seeking a Director of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) to lead the regional safety program across North America. You will drive a strong safety culture, oversee regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of EHS professionals to improve LTIR, RIR, and incident metrics.

The role requires 10+ years in OHSE leadership within electric utilities or contractors, with strong data analytics and experience applying modern digital safety tools.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years field experience in Electric Utility/Contractor is preferred.
• 10–15 years senior management in OH&S in NA.

Aufgaben

• Lead implementation of Liberty’s OHSE plan across the region.
• Oversee regulatory compliance framework and incident investigations.
• Mentor EHS professionals and align with Operations, Engineering and Customer Care.
• Drive data-driven safety outcomes and KPI improvements.
