What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and manage a $10M+ pipeline by strategically identifying high-potential districts, engaging key decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through defined sales stages
  • Create and deliver customized proposals while expertly navigating procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure contracts
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings to identify district challenges and objectives, then architect compelling solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Execute all aspects of complex sales cycles from prospecting through closing, with complete ownership of territory strategy and performance metrics
  • Leverage your established relationships within public school districts to accelerate adoption and expansion

Director Of Education Partnerships Key Responsibilities

Drive district-wide adoption of our breakthrough learning solution, securing multi-year partnerships that transform educational outcomes at scale.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing complex K-12 sales cycles and consistently closing $100K+ deals
  • Established network of district decision-maker relationships in Texas or California
  • Demonstrated expertise navigating public school procurement processes including RFPs/RFIs
  • Proven track record maintaining $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Verified success operating independently and driving complete sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and modern sales technology stack
  • Residence in or within 2 hours of Texas or California
  • Capacity for extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
  • Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
