What You Will Be Doing
  1. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting a $10M+ pipeline
  2. Manage complex, high-value deals from initial contact to close
  3. Engage with district leadership to understand challenges and craft tailored solutions
  4. Utilize your network to accelerate market penetration and build credibility
  5. Create and present compelling proposals showcasing our platform’s benefits
What You Won’t Be Doing
  1. Following a standard sales playbook—your experience guides your approach
  2. Pushing non-essential educational supplements
  3. Dealing with excessive bureaucracy—our team moves fast
  4. Reporting on every detail—manage your territory like a business
Key Responsibilities

Champion educational transformation by securing and nurturing multi-year district partnerships that deliver measurable improvements in student achievement through our AI platform.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years of K-12 sales experience closing six-figure deals
  • Strong influence and relationships within Texas or California educational circles
  • Knowledge of public sector procurement processes
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • Self-driven, autonomous professional
  • Comfortable with modern sales tools
  • Based within 2 hours of TX or CA
  • Willing to travel up to 80% within the region
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Position Details
