Job summary

Fundraise Up, Inc. is seeking a Director of Partnerships to own the portfolio of ecosystem and strategic alliances and drive revenue through partnerships. You will lead a small team and report to the VP, Partnerships.

You will design the thesis, sequence investments for alliances, and collaborate with Sales on co-sell motions to generate joint pipeline, while overseeing marketplace placement, ISV economics, and partner agreements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships with a track record of scaling tech alliances.
• Executive presence and operational rigor in Salesforce and Crossbeam.
• Commercial fluency with rev-share and marketplace terms.

Responsibilities

• Own the thesis, sequencing, and investment for each ecosystem and alliance.
• Design and run co-sell motion with Sales for joint pipeline.
• Manage marketplace placement, ISV economics, and partner agreements.
