Director of eCommerce

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a director of eCommerce with 5 or more years of experience for a retail organization that is hybrid in Westchester, NY. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead DTC marketing and creative performance data efforts, including KPI management and monitoring. Serve as the primary contact for DTC data, ensuring visibility for internal and external stakeholders by developing a system or board in Monday.com to detail DTC marketing, creative, data analysis, and more.
• Manage DTC budget and keep track of spend, revenue, ROAS on a monthly basis.
• Oversee in the planning, operations, and site administration of sites merchandise, promotion, and marketing.
• Responsible for hitting monthly revenue targets, including daily sales forecasting & promotional planning.
• Oversee and maintain eCommerce integrated platforms and systems to include inventory management, marketing, analytics, social, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong experience with the Shopify platform
• Experience and understanding with Google Analytics.
• Digital marketing experience and knowledge to include: SEM, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliates, Social
• Creative problem-solving ability, with a can-do attitude, results oriented.
• Strong communicator, including interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

• 5 years of traditional marketing and eCommerce experience.

Employment Type: 3 month contract

Compensation: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
