Remote is seeking a Director of Earned & Owned Strategy to lead enterprise-level organic growth across a portfolio of brands with emphasis on local strategy for multi-location businesses. The role reports to the Senior Director and oversees SEO, Content Marketing, and AI-driven initiatives to strengthen visibility and drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Earned & Owned Media programs across SEO, Content, Local SEO, or related digital channels in agency or brand-side roles
• Experience managing integrated digital campaigns using cross-channel insights
• Proven ability with Web Analytics and SEMrush or similar SEO platforms
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise search and content transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of AI Search evolution and organic discoverability trends
• Excellent time and project management with rapid prioritization
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to unify teams across channels
• Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills for senior client leadership

Responsibilities

• Leading Enterprise Client Strategy & Growth: act as executive strategic lead on key accounts and drive client success
• Driving AI-Era Search Leadership: oversee AI Search readiness and optimize content for emerging search experiences
• Collaborating Across Teams: partner with client and internal teams to improve workflows and reporting automation
• Accelerating Growth: identify organic growth opportunities across search and local search ecosystems, support business development with executive-level material
