Sunny Health & Fitness seeks an innovative E-Commerce Director to lead and scale our digital commerce strategy across all online channels, driving revenue growth and strengthening the brand’s online footprint.

This hands‑on leader will own analytics, UX improvements, merchandising, paid media, SEO/SEM, and CRO while guiding cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable results in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in digital marketing and e-commerce with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale e-commerce operations and revenue.
• Strong knowledge of online retail, omnichannel strategies, and DTC best practices.
• Advanced skills in web analytics, paid search, SEO/SEM, and automation.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee website operations, UX/UI, performance, and merchandising.
• Own digital marketing across paid media, SEO, SEM, social, affiliates, and marketplaces.
• Lead CRO and A/B testing to improve conversion and AOV.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to maximize ROI.
• Drive content strategy, product launches, and campaign calendars.
