quip, a design-led oral health company, is seeking a Director of DTC Channel to own the full P&L for its direct-to-consumer business. This hybrid role is based in our DUMBO, Brooklyn office two days per week, with base salary range from $170k to $190k plus benefits and equity where applicable.

You will set strategy, manage acquisition, retention, and lifecycle programs, and collaborate with finance to forecast and hit growth targets across CAC, payback, and AOV.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in DTC or e-commerce with CPG experience
• Experience owning a paid acquisition budget and CAC/payback targets
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Recharge, including subscription plans
• Strong understanding of lifecycle, retention, and subscription economics
• Fluency with Meta and Google Ads managers, Klaviyo or similar, GA4
• Comfort with SQL or a query tool is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Own the DTC channel P&L, growth targets, and plan to hit them
• Partner with finance on budget, planning, and forecasting
• Align promotional strategy with other channel owners
• Build cohort view of customers from acquisition to repeat purchases
• Own conversion across funnel from traffic to first repeat purchase
• Drive lifecycle programs across email and SMS for retention and enrollment
• Define offer and bundle architecture to grow AOV and margin
• Lead and develop the team, ensure rigorous analysis
