Job summary

quip is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to own the growth engine end to end, aligning brand, content, influencer programs, partnerships, and paid media with the digital commerce P&L. This hybrid role is based in our DUMBO, Brooklyn office two days per week, with base salary in the $300k–$350k range and equity/bonus eligibility discussed in interviews.

Qualifications

12-15+ years of growth and marketing leadership with direct P&L ownership.
Experience in omnichannel consumer or CPG, with revenue responsibility.
Fluency with modern growth tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
Executive-level communication and board engagement.
People-first, execution-minded leadership with a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end growth engine: brand, content, influencer, partnerships, and paid media, plus the digital commerce P&L.
Set growth strategy with disciplined bets; focus on high-impact bets.
Reignite demand across DTC, marketplaces, and retail with a unified brand.
Guard the quip brand across channels, touchpoints, and teams.
Invent capital-efficient revenue mechanisms across platforms.
