Job summary

M&C Saatchi World Services US seeks a hands-on Director of Business Development to grow our DoD work, identifying and shaping opportunities across DoD components in line with WSUS capabilities in strategic communications, behavior change, marketing, research, and advisory services.

You will build trusted partner relationships, qualify opportunities, and position WSUS to win as both prime and subcontractor, in a hybrid DMV-based role with travel around 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience developing business in the DoD market.
• Ability to build and manage partner-driven growth strategies.
• Proven track record in shaping and winning opportunities with primes and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified DoD pipeline aligned to WSUS growth priorities.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities across DoD components, excluding health-focused markets.
• Develop account and partner strategies that expand WSUS beyond current customers.
• Lead capture efforts on smaller pursuits and support larger opportunities.
