Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service management.
• Requires 1–3 years of experience in a management role.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client and customer rapport.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard model.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lb.
• Experience with budgeting and cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams to maximize contributions.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress.
• Build revenue and manage budgets with cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Coordinate production, distribution and front‑of‑house dining operations.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain front line staff.
• Participate in sales opportunities and contract negotiations.
• Maintain records to ensure regulatory and ARAMARK standards.
