Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Texas to oversee day-to-day dining account operations. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure food quality across the account.

You will work with the Chef and management to create menus, handle budgeting and P&L, roll out culinary programs, and drive guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account.
• Lead and develop a team of associates.
• Manage client relations and ensure high-quality food for customers.
• Oversee P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Roll out new culinary programs.
