Eurest Roanoke leads a high-volume corporate dining operation, delivering exceptional food and service in a dynamic campus environment. As Director of Dining Services, you will steer people, control costs, and set the standard for hospitality excellence across front- and back-of-house operations.

You will drive budget planning, supervise a diverse team, and collaborate with clients to maintain quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while implementing strategic improvements and menu programs in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct foodservice operations management experience.
• Strong inventory, purchasing, and cost-control knowledge.
• P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience preferred.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of front- and back-of-house staff.
• Direct overall account operations, budgeting, and performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates, assign work and review performance.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets with a cost-conscious approach.
• Utilize systems to produce daily, weekly, monthly reports (inventory, payroll, production).
• Oversee food/beverage quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
