Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services oversees daily operations at Grier School, including managing culinary staff, menu planning, food ordering, and scheduling. The role emphasizes quality, cost management, and customer satisfaction, overseeing a café, dining hall, coffee shop, and catering services. Catering experience and menu planning expertise are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage food ordering, menu planning, staffing, and scheduling for efficient service.
• Plan and execute catering events, emphasizing cultural diversity in menus.
• Oversee staffing for all shifts, including weekends.
• Develop diverse, culturally rich menus.
• Manage budgets, food costs, and financial reporting.
• Serve as the primary culinary contact for clients.
