Job Summary

We are seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our food service operations in an acute care setting in Naples, FL. You will oversee daily operations, manage a team, maintain client relations, and ensure high-quality food offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food.
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Implement new culinary programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience with high-volume production and catering.
• Previous budget management experience.
• Desire to learn and grow within a top foodservice company.
