Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Director of Dining Operations to provide strategic leadership and hands-on support for dining and front-of-house operations across multiple communities.

You will drive service excellence, resident satisfaction, compliance, and scalable operational systems, partnering with culinary and community leaders to develop programs and training that elevate dining experiences and resident wellness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or restaurant management experience.
• 3+ years leading teams and multi-site operations.
• 5+ years coaching, training, and developing hospitality teams.
• Proven track record of improving customer or resident satisfaction through service standards or programs.
• Experience with HACCP, food safety, sanitation and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve dining and hospitality standards across communities.
• Coach, train, and support front-of-house teams for high-quality service across sites.
• Conduct site visits and quality assessments using resident feedback and metrics to identify improvements.
• Partner with culinary and leadership to enhance dining experience, food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement dining programs, events, branding, and resident-facing experiences.
• Create scalable systems, training programs, tools, and rollout plans for growth and consistency.
• Establish feedback mechanisms turning resident insights into improvements.
• Oversee POS, communication, and hospitality technologies.
• Support leadership with team development and performance management.
