Job summary

The Springs Living seeks a Director of Dining Operations to provide strategic leadership and hands-on support for dining and front-of-house operations across multiple communities in Oregon. The role drives service excellence, resident satisfaction, compliance, innovation, and scalable operational systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive food service, hospitality, or restaurant management across multiple sites.
• 3+ years leading teams and multi-site operations with measurable improvements.
• Experience coaching and developing hospitality teams to meet performance standards.
• Proven track record of improving resident or guest satisfaction through service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve dining and hospitality standards across communities.
• Coach, train, and support front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Site visits and quality assessments using resident feedback and metrics.
• Collaborate with Culinary and leadership to improve dining, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement dining programs, events, branding, and resident experiences.
• Create scalable training programs, tools, and rollout plans for growth.
• Establish feedback systems turning resident insights into improvements.
• Develop service benchmarks and accountability tools to measure excellence.
• Oversee POS, communication, automation, and hospitality technologies.
• Support leadership with team development, problem resolution, and planning.
• Ensure front-of-house operations meet HACCP standards across levels of care.
