Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and technical health of our software engineering organization. You will drive scalable, secure software solutions and foster an ownership-driven engineering culture across today’s and tomorrow’s products.

You will define the technology roadmap, oversee architecture, cybersecurity, and modern engineering practices, and champion AI-enabled development while guiding teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 15 years of related experience with at least 3 of those years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies that improve product performance and long-term sustainability.
• Manage engineering priorities, capacity, resource allocation, and delivery tradeoffs across a diverse portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and customer needs.
