Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, and health of our software engineering organization. You will drive scalable, secure software solutions and cultivate a high‑performing engineering culture built on ownership and collaboration.

Responsibilities include defining technology strategy, guiding platform scalability, cybersecurity and regulatory alignment, and mentoring teams as they adopt AI‑powered tools and modern practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of related experience with leadership/management.
• Experience leading software engineering organizations and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy & delivery across software products and client projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, secure, scalable, and reliable outcomes.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to boost performance and long-term sustainability.
• Manage engineering priorities, capacity, risks, and tradeoffs across a diverse project portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and customer needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, and operating practices to improve quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Drive DevSecOps, automation, testing, incident management, secure development, and technical debt management.
• Monitor engineering performance with metrics tied to business value.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead adoption of AI-powered development tools, automation capabilities, and modern engineering practices.
• Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
