Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years in software engineering leadership.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled development.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across product and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and technical health of the software organization.
