Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and architectural health of our software engineering organization, delivering scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions while building a high‑performing engineering culture.

You will define technology strategy, guide platform scalability, cybersecurity, and regulatory alignment, mentor teams, and champion AI‑enabled development, intelligent automation, and modern engineering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 15+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in leadership.
Proven experience leading software engineering organizations for product development and project delivery.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, software architecture, platform engineering, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, reliability.
Experience establishing governance, automation, and operational excellence programs.
Experience with AI-enabled development, MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI practices.
Willingness to travel 10% or less.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering strategy and delivery across products and client-facing projects.
Define technology strategy for platform scalability and security.
Mentor engineering managers and build high-performing teams.
Ensure alignment with product roadmaps and business objectives.
