Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead strategy, execution, and technical health of our software engineering org. You will drive scalable, secure software solutions and foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The role oversees engineering delivery, architecture, platform scalability, cybersecurity, and AI-driven initiatives while guiding upskilling and modern engineering practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, architecture, DevSecOps, and site reliability.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled development, data platforms, and governance.
